Help you achieve a positive mindset and a positive birth.
We work together to clarify your birth vision and make sure your wishes and desires are in alignment. You will go into your birth knowing what you want and how to advocate for yourself.
I want to help you develop faith in your body, learn to foster flexibility and take charge of your birth! This is a great option if you are wanting the support of a doula during your pregnancy but not during your birth.

Birth Doula
Prenatal visits, birth support and postpartum follow up.
During our prenatal visits some of the topics we may cover are your birth vision, labor techniques, breathing, and postpartum planning.
I am on call from 37 weeks to 42 weeks and will be available to text and call as you begin labor. I can support you in person as your labor progresses and help you decide when it is time to head to the hospital or birth center.
I will provide labor support until you meet your baby, and stay by your side for the first hour or two.
A postpartum visit in the first two weeks is included. Extra postpartum support can be added on for an additional fee.
